Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I am an MBA(HR) passout of 2021 and i have 1 year of experience in TCS as HRBP/Recruiter and recently i have joined EY GDS as consultant in June 2022. Currently EY is facing a lack in projects and i am not assigned to any.

Are there any agencies where creatives actually have good work-life balance in LA, SF or anywhere else for that matter? Like no weekends or no working more than a 40-50hr week? Or do I have to go in house for this? Or do I have to leave advertising altogether?
