If it can fit on one page in a normal (10-12 pt font) size, it is better to be only one page than going over just a little. Manager/HR doing a quick scan won't bother with the back if the front doesn't get their attention. The first page is absolutely the most important.
If there are key words in the listing for the job, make sure you use those in the resume. Usually it just takes tweaking wording in a sentence. The person scanning the resume is absolutely looking for the key words, so make sure to include at least 3 if you can.
Have an overall copy of your resume that includes all the details for every job you can think of, including any online courses that might be relevant to any job you might apply for. Each time you submit a resume, tailor it, at least slightly, to the job listing. Cut out extra/not applicable information, but save the full resume in case the next job is looking for different qualifications--saves you time and keeps you from forgetting what you did over time. My "full" resume is 5 pages, I never send out a resume longer than 2. For you it might be more like 1-2 cut down to 1.
Good luck!
