I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

Any job dealing with the public is going to drain you to some extent, You may just need a little break if you still find some enjoyment in the actual job function.
I do not often become burned out by my clients. The boss and paperworkoften does.
I like to find a side job where I can feel different and that helps me to balance most of the time 💗

I agree with the others, working with the public in any capacity is definitely tiring. Taking a break and/or spending time doing something else may really help ease the feeling of burnout.
