how difficult is breaking into consulting in UAE after a top mba(INSEAD,LBS,HEC etc) for an international candidate?

Im thinking of taking up MBA soon.. or should I focus on gaining other Finance certifications and leaning new language instead?

It’s coming down to the wire for my last recommender to submit for my Exec MBA program deadlines, and I have reached out multiple times with no response. Not sure what I should do now.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
