Go to benefits express through KCurve and reallocate your funds online. It sounds like you're not super familiar w the different options, so you can just choose a Target Date 2050 fund, which will have higher risk options. Make sure you reallocate existing and future investment allocations. Read the prospectus, etc...

I will be leaving my firm and have been using in-plan Roth conversions for my after tax contributions. Can I roll these over into a Roth IRA? What about the direct 401k Roth contributions? Any difference in these two?

I'm looking for referrals for Consulting/Product roles. I have 6 years of Management Consulting experience, which includes 2 years of International workex.

Education - Bachelors and Masters from Tier-1 Engg college. No MBA.
