As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

Internships aren't mandatory, and it looks like you have some other experience that will be beneficial. I would also recommend trying to start making contacts at companies you may want to work for. Having connections is one of the best ways to get a job when you graduate.
Can you get involved with clubs at school or potentially something like a student managed fund? It’s not internship experience, but it would help.
TCD 1 yes I am involved with clubs n all, I’m the treasurer/accountant for like 3 of them and help organize/plan stuff but is that helpful?
Yea it matters. Shows initiative and leadership
I would suggest networking and getting a referral. You dont HAVE to have internship experience in order to land a role. Having a referral to a company will really help you.

If you have a chance to get an internship this fall and/or spring semester you will have a much easier time finding a job when you graduate. While it isn't impossible to get a job without an internship it is much more difficult, you'll need some kind of experience and/or networking background to have a leg up on the compeition
Hey there! You can try to working a co-op experience but that might delay your graduation a semester. It might be good though because then you’d have another summer available to work an internship before graduating. In that way, you’d have a co-op + internship experience when looking at full time roles. Let me know if you have any questions!
