How do the firms compare with covid impact (layoffs, pay cuts, revenue loss, return to work plans, etc)?

My current work exp is 5 years across 2 big 4s and a KPO in India. How much hike should I quote if I clear the interviews here? Presently my CTC is around early INR1000Kp.a.
