I exercise, read, or do a puzzle for at least 30 minutes a day. I need to have that me time everyday to destress!
Watching funny animal videos on TikTok. After a hard day's wprk, I don't have much energy to do anything else.
I try to exercise daily for at least an hour to unwind. If I really need a break, I go hiking out of state.
I felt this. I go to work and solve problems all day, then come home and have to clean my house and I'm just so mentally exhausted. I mostly cope with stress by having friends to talk to and vent my frustrations.
So I have a volunteer job with a youth organization doing something totally different a few days each month. But there's nothing wrong with not having commitments outside of work.
For a while, I had no idea what to do with my free time on days off from work. I do wish I’d taken up gardening or woodworking sooner. They come in handy and enhance your sense and appreciation of art and nature.
Lounge on the sofa and a watch netflix. I don't have the energy to do any hobbies. I just want to wrap myself with a blanket.
I made a promise to myself that I would allot an hour of my week doing my hobby which is crocheting. It helps me relax and keep my mind off work.
I don't have the energy to do any hobbies after a stressful day at work. Good thing my husband has my back and takes care of everything whenever I don't feel like doing anything.
I try to devote my Saturdays to pick-up on an old hobby or anything creative. So far, I feel a lot lighter. It really helped me manage stress.
Cuddle with my kids. That's all I need to destress after a stressful day. It's very healing. And my kids love it. They even randomly hug me whenever I feel sad.
