How do you ask for a raise? And I do mean quite literally what words do you say. I have a mid year review coming up and I want to ask. Just finished my first year, started at a very low salary (65k) for defense litigation associate and no raise yet. I am in a state where wages are lower than the big cities but I still think this is too low given partners make 250k-500k/year. Thanks.

I am a Reliability Maintenance 3P contractor for Amazon. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering on June 2022.
