Not all that well if I am being completely honest. I tried to keep things as organized as possible and I am usually fairly successful at this during my work life, however, staying organized at home with three kids under eight is not all that easy. So, I am always tired and behind on about a hundred things lol

And is it worth it? Many people say getting masters theses days can set you up with big debts and pay increase doesn’t make up for it. I would do it if it’s for a better job with more personal satisfaction or for better work life balance afterwards.

By dropping out of grad school lol

I desire to move up to a director or even a VP if possible. I do know those two roles requires a masters degree so for that I think it is beneficial however I am also seeking a doctorate and that simply will be another stream of income by teaching part- time online

I saw a great thread online about a Black physician who saved the day when a patient came in for an urgent MRI, but had metal pins in her wig so none of the white nurses or doctors could get it off. Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I’m coming up empty on ideas for them to bridge the gap, but I’m also new to my compliance counsel role, so I would be overjoyed if anyone has suggestions.

I need some advice. I’m the Director for a women’s only RTF. Everyone on site is my direct report, with the exception of the therapists (they report to the Clinical Director). The clinical director is not usually on site, since we have multiple locations, and she is the CD for the entire company. One of the therapists has been a manipulative snake since she started here last December. This is her first job after college and she just turned 23. See comments for more info…
