How do you know if it’s better to go with a wholesale lender or a retail lender. I was quoted 6% from wholesale lender and 5.65% from boa with 10k down payment assistance and 7500 closing cost credit. Just by comparison BOA sounds better but I’ve heard of horror stories about hidden fees and longer processing time with retail but wondering if anyone has any input or advice on how to choose who to go with when picking lender
