How does everyone here stay up-to-date on there accounting skills? I'm not a CPA so I don't have continuing education options.

Mid 2020, I turned down an opportunity to jump ship from my small law firm to a big law firm. At the time I had 4 years of practice under my belt with managerial experience. I joined EY in January. Had no work all of January, but was busy for February and some of March.
