1) If PWC terminates him, will they apply to USCIS for revoking his i40? Does the big 4s generally withdraw?

24 yr old, 110k TC, maxing out Roth IRA and Roth 401k, no debt or large expenses. Also have ~35k sitting in a bank account. What should I do with that money?? Am I better just sitting on it for a while then watching it shrivel up in my brokerage account?

If we did it, we'd be adding a bedroom, bathroom, and garage, and we would be increasing square footage by about 75%. House currently worth around $400k with $260k left on the mortgage; future comps are worth about $650k. Best guess is it is a $200k renovation.

Is there an easy/efficient way to figure out how much you've contributed to vs earned in your Roth accounts? I started contributing >20 years ago to my employer's Roth 401k and have rolled it over to a Roth IRA and moved it between multiple custodians, e.g. Fidelity, Vanguard, UBS, Personal Capital, etc. It is unclear to me how much I contributed vs how much I earned by investing it.

The purpose of doing this is I want to use $10K of it, but want to prove that the $10K is from my contribution.

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Has anyone had any experience with debt collectors? I was sent a letter from a company called convergent claiming they are acting on behalf of a creditor (a bank) that I’ve no interaction with. They are saying they’ll accept 50% of the amount due but there’s no mention of what the debt is. I’m assuming this is a scam but wanted to check with fish here. I have no idea how the letter got sent to me as the address is used only for my Amex cards as I don’t live in the US anymore
