How does Nous Group compare to Big 4 Consulting, especially at a grad/consultant level? I have experience working in the Big 4 (Tech consulting) but haven't really heard much about Nous (Strategy). Any insight including career progression, exit-ops would be appreciated.

I have an offer from Deloitte USI worth 8 LPA + 10% Variable (position: Business Analyst).
My current company (Not a big4 / tier 1 company) has now offered 9 LPA to retain me.
What should I do? Shoul I stay here or join Deloitte and take the advantage of the big4 and tier 1 company tag? I'm very confused - could someone please answer me?

How do I handle a situation where a supervisor questions comes off as she sees me as stupid and is belittling me?
