How does one tame a wildly mismanaged agency or is this normal to put up with? 😩

We have high turnover (& my boss quit) due to many business/leadership issues. There’s been fires every day. I now wear many hats despite pushing back-make hiring decisions/interview, train, onboard, address issues, do strategy work, client meetings, manage new direct reports, manage extra work, etc. I can’t do my job well.

Any solutions I offer to leadership fall flat due to low budget & fires being priority 😞

I got an offer with TCS and initially selected joining date as Jan 2.. but current org released me in 1 month instead of 3 months.. I asked TCS HR and others for early Onboarding but they didn't respond well..

After that I got one offer and joined immediately. But now I don't like to work here as I have to go to office all 5 days mandatorily, also role is slightly new to me.

I got call back from Capgemini that my expected CTC has been met. HR told "I got approval from my seniors of your expected CTC. I am generating offer letter in the system. You will get the offer letter by today EOD or by Tomorrow" Is he fooling me or I will really get the offer letter? Capgemini
