Hi peeps. Need a suggestion , I am about to switch for a change and I have an offer from LTI for PM but my current location is noida. I have been offered in Bangalore but moving there is little tricky with growing kids and family. How long WFH is going to go and how is the growth ladder provided I take this opportunity and switch and wait for things to happen. Do people proactively begin finding work when they know they may be low on work soon? Or do they just wait until they actually don’t have enough work to fill their days? Have a larger project that is winding down and my main case is slowing down a bit so I anticipate potentially needing to find more work soon, and I was unsure if that was something I needed to worry about.

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?

My supervisor gave me 8hours of AWOL because I couldn't show up one day because I was under anxiety. I have gave him letters from psychiatrist,psychologist that I'm passing through this. He didn't care and gave me an AWOL. I want to leave my job because my department is very toxic but I don't want to leave having that on my records.
If I move to another job later on (private or federal) this 8 hours of AWOL will show up?

I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?
