Recently I had interview with oracle oci and it went well but haven't heard back from HR , how long does it take to update the interview status. My interview completed last week Tuesday.

Everything was pretty much the same for the first few months, but recently I've been seeing a shift in my responsibilities-doing customer service tasks and lots of little extras. How do I factor this in when asking for a raise in my review?
