Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. I've been told by people to not be loyal to companies & I've seen posts in forums where people have talked about leaving workplace 1, at workplace 2 for like 3 weeks, and already interviewing for workplace 3 (and the recruiter for workplace 3 doesn't even know that the person has left workplace 1). What programs, sites, etc does your agency use to track time? I work at a small agency and looking to implement tracking on my team across client/project level.

My #1 peeve about agencies is the old school habit of emailing everything. The most efficient offices leverage task/mgmt platforms to manage workflows/bandwidth. Crowded inboxes of nonsense = WASTE.

Any advice for presenting somebody else’s work? I’ve been stretched thin on different projects but have to present in place of some of on vacation with little time to prepare.

Working on a long term brand platform, which had the potential to be a really stellar, powerful body of work.
