I’ve put hours into tailoring my resume, doing video assessments, and answering case studies, and now it’s been ten days of silence. The job market feels incredibly cold right now, and the lack of basic communication from HR departments is exhausting.

I had recently attended the interview at IQVIA for sql developer position, but when I received the offer letter the designation mentioned there is "Software engineer- technical operations 130'.

Just wanted to know if this is some kind of a production support role.

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive.
