I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.

EY has 16 weeks + 3 additional PTO you can elect to add at the end of the 16 weeks off
3 additional PTO weeks. So total 19 weeks for EY
KPMG has 26 weeks of job protected leave if you opt to take the full leave. Depending when you are due determines how much will be paid or unpaid i.e. firm holidays are paid. Of this 26 weeks, up to 12 weeks can be FMLA (depending when you go into labor and type of labor, 4 weeks before due date, 6-8 weeks after paid by prudential), 12 weeks of paid parental time off (PPTO), and then the remaining unpaid or paid by state. For example, DC offers up to 8 weeks of partially paid leave. I took 26 weeks with my first baby, all of which were paid. I took 4 weeks of partially paid leave by the state, but still was better than paying for childcare
It’s the same PPTO as maternity leave so 12 weeks! I think you could also take unpaid leave after and/or add on your PTO. Not sure about DC state leave for paternal leave either (husbands office was in VA not DC so didn’t look into this for first since he wouldn’t have qualified)
