How long should someone who's supposedly had their student loan debt forgiven on SAVE give the government and their servicer before inquiring when the forgiveness will show up on their account?

Im considering investing in a rental property. Would prefer something I can use and enjoy but still leverage as a vacation rental. We’re a skier/snowboarding family and would love to have a home we can use in the winter with lakefront/lake access for summer use. Does it make financial sense? Generally, can you cover annual costs for a year round vacation rental or I am more likely to sink money into it with no real ROI?

How diligent is Mintz background check. When it comes to education? My references, credit, criminal and work experiences will check out. However said I already graduated school when I am in reality a month away from graduating. The company sent over the contract and start date at the same time as the background check.

I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? Not mad that student loans being paused means I can use the money for Christmas. Are you still making payments during the pause? Or are you saving the money for something else. My christmas present to myself is a spa day!

Curious to know how much your student loans were when you graduated from your program, how much you’ve paid off so far, and your age. If you have any varying factors too, like kids, income range, etc. Just trying to see if I’m on track or slacking in life. I am 34 yo, i graduated with 95k in student loans, i currently have 85k left and i make 85k in come. I’m also a single mom with two kids. Just praying for 100% student loans forgiveness. Wishful thinking???
