Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Can folks from PwC share how exactly your all remote model works? So, an employee opting for remote works with any team across time zones ? Or across states in same time zone? Also, how do you staff on / find a project? Are there people working totally with teams outside their office, as say nobody or few in their own group/ office opted for remote model? Would that be true?

Not my favorite part, but I have learned that maintaining a network of good people can be rewarding. Are there people who network for the sole purpose of self-promotion? Sure. But you don’t have to network for that reason. There will always be unqualified people rising to the top, just make sure you are not one of them. But the higher you go, the more it’s about people. No matter how qualified you feel you are, you can’t be a good leader without people.
absolutely
You really just have to focus on yourself. Personal growth is really a long game
It pays dividends in the future when you sit in a role and truly learn and not “job hop” 1 year after one year after 1 year
You need to just focus on yourself, best advice out there.
That's the fact Bro! you will lot of advice but that's how industry works.
Thanks
Maybe your complaint is one of the biggest reasons why companies aren't that great today?
There is nothing wrong with networking and doing different jobs in your career or moving around a corporate ladder. Some people get bored and like to do simple projects and move on to something else. If this is not how you work that is okay as well. Some people like to specialize in what they do and know. They prefer the comfort and security of minimal change. There is nothing wrong with either type. Without those who like security and the same job, the ones that like to jump from a variety of positions and projects would not have the specialist to get them through it. The hoppers benefit the specialist in getting more done when they pass through.
It's about who you know, not necessarily what you know.
Personally, I love something that will not only challenge me, but will also allow me to participate in being part of the process that's required to help someone else improve their quality of life. I just want to be part of the solution.
