Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

A bump up to the next role seems feasible after about two years at that role. Just be cognizant of the fact that the higher roles invite more responsibilities and pressures outside of simply having great ideas. Make sure your presentation skills are on point so the clients love you, that you pay attention to opportunities to help grow your client’s business, and even how well you get along with the other departments (account, strategy and PM). Those soft skills take time and experience to master. Keep up the great work on those things, not just ideation, and 1.75-2 years at your role could be enough for a promotion. Or they risk losing you.
