KPMG, you can be an income partner and only get a guaranteed payment. At CLA new principals aren’t equity owners, they still get W-2s. There’s no distinction from the outside, only insiders know who’s who.

Way too much lmao how hard is it to tell every body get the hours up or I’ll can you? They have the luxury of depending on literally thousands of highly intelligent partners to contribute growth incrementally for their own book. He just needs to keep providing the tools.

So it’s far fetched to assume big 4 partners are smart? Every Partner I’ve worked with is super sharp, experienced and hyper focused on bringing in business. Maybe I’m lucky but the guys that I’ve worked under walk-the-walk and talk-the-talk. They literally announce revenue figures quarterly and YOY we grow because they know what they’re doing. I give respect where it’s due.
