How much does big4 typically pay at a Senior Associate and Manager level? Is 20k AED a month considered a good salary?

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

I was on bench in Accenture since 45 days so i started searching outside.

How much should Software Engineers make in year if you have 4-5 years of experience in the Bay Area?

1.Wipro will give any hike after completing probation period of 6 months??
2. And is there band change will happen after completion of probation period?
I have joined Wipro as fresher certified SAP SD consultant and my current band is TeamRainbow. Wipro has mentioned 6 months probation period on my offer letter
