Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

It varies on location and years of experience. Average will range from $85k to $100k. You can negotiate if you think your skills deserve more than the amount offered.
5 YOE senior in IT Audit with a focus on a specific financial system. My TC last year was 135k.120 base and 15 bonus
Senior 3 IT Audit in HCOL, base $120k
This was what i was more expecting
Gonna depend heavily on your location. I made 75 flat as a Senior 1 in a LCOL Midwest city. That number is probably at least 80 now since we had a Staff 2 sitting at 72 simultaneously.
East coast will likely be at/closer to 100.
Edit: for context, I’m currently East Coast HCOL Senior 2 making $110.5
I would expect about 100-110 minimum for a first year senior in dc or nyc
Not big 4, but BDO is probably around 75-80k in LCOL. I’m not sure about a HCOL city.
WLB is excellent in my region. There less than a handful of weeks I work more than 50 hours a year. This could vary by region, but from what I’ve seen it is definitely less hours than core assurance.
I believe currently our group is about 150 across the country. Definitely growing though.
85-105 base for a first year senior in LCOL
105k is the base for s1 in bay area
90k 1st year Senior in Tampa
Yeah this is the new normal
Im doing SOC audit for only $65k
I was told senior associates in cyber make 150k in MCOL
This is not true. Seniors in cyber are looking at more like 100-135k. Managers are about 145-170k.
I would say 100k, although this thread is making me rethink things
The salaries vary depending on location and yoe. That's why the salaries in the comments seem to be higher.
S2 sf Bay Area. 113.5k base, 11k bonus as tier 2
staff 2, ey, 101 base and 5.5k bonus, bay area
S1 100k + 10%, hiring bonus 5k HCOL
Would depend on your location, really. The answers here vary because there are a lot of factors to consider. Your YOE is one of the factors as well.
