I am done with all my rounds at S&P Global and shared my documents to HR. No one has asked about my expected salary yet. Is this usual in their process. How much can I ask for an experience of 9 years. How many days does it take to release the offer and what is the slary structure.

How do you respond when someone asks your salary? Give me both- where you tell a number and where you don't. Also if I'm giving out a number (obviously to a close one), should I say my package(including stocks)? or my in hand salary before tax? or in hand salary after tax?

I am a software sales representative in the manufacturing space. My starting salary was $85,000 in 2015 I did not receive a raise until I asked for one three years later in 2018. The raise was 5%. After 4 rounds of interview, HR calls to confirm whether my expected salary was 20 LPA. This is when my current is 19 LPA. I had asked for 25 LPA initially itself and she is now accusing me having increased my ask after positive feedback from the interviews.
