18mos post MBA consultant - first role, rejected too many times to count. 3 weeks to get staffed.

Since first role, next two came very easy.
Took some PTO, switched disciplines, about two weeks to start up and now not issues staffing... But rejected twice then on he switch. All about that "first" one IMHO.

Never

Hey guys, I have the first short 15-minutes call with a product guy from Hugging Face today wherein he is likely going to take a guess at what roles I could be suitable for. I had applied for Post-Sale Machine Learning solutions Engineer. Is there anyone who’s gone through the process for a similar role at similar organisations or best case scenario would be if anyone has gone through the process with HF.
I have been working for a year and am doubtful if I’m mature enough for the role. Help lol

Are cover letters important if they don’t ask for one? There are so many job postings and applicants I can’t tell if they would be beneficial to show effort or just a waste of time to write with how little time I assume people are looking at applications with the mass hiring going on. If I should be writing one, any advice how to format?

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. Please help!

My Marriott ambassador is useless. I ask him to check with the hotel on trying to get certain rates etc and all he does is look in the system and tell me things aren’t available. (Cont.)
