How quickly do you usually settle your average car accident type case? How many cases are you closing a month? A quarter?

Going through a lot of mixed emotions. Almost feels like my anxiety levels are on the rise. I used to think I can manage stress very well, but that belief seems to be fading away. I am diabetic as well and don’t see much point of working hard as I have in all my life so far... and just feel like living alone and going somewhere in the darkness. Anyone else facing similar issues?

I have done a big mistake by joining EY.. I regret daily.. i don't know where I am going n what I am doing.. they have made me sick n mentally ill.. even I want to cry but i m not able to do.. just want to left this organisation but not able to do so because of the market condition.

Fresh embryo transfer. Got my period yesterday, and my pregnancy test in the clinic is tomorrow... so frustrated after all the investment... I had two embryos frozen so hopefully next time it happens... hope everyone gets what they want.

My typical cycle length is 23-24 days. We have been TTC for almost 2 years and I am wondering if my cycle length has got to do anything with this. Any tips for organizing a bedroom, closet, dresser & bathroom? My teen has IADHD, and low executive functioning. Her room looks like a land mine. Clean clothes are mixed in with dirty, her desk is a disaster, she won’t let go of clothes she’s outgrown, drawers are open with clothes hanging out. A therapist said to close her door if we don’t want to see it but it’s more than that. She needs this important life skill & I don’t know how to help. Husband and I have been trying to conceive for a little over a year with no luck. All of our testing came back normal except his morphology was at 6%. What’s the learning curve making the move from ID to PI? 6th year at an ID firm and just got an offer from a good PI firm, but just nervous bc I’ve never been on the plaintiffs end before.

Are there many legitimate ethical hurdles when switching from insurance defense to plaintiff’s work? In an auto accident trial, can you inform the jury in any way that the at-fault driver had insurance? I have a hard time believing a jury would award 7-figure damages if they thought the little old lady defendant had to personally pay.
