I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

In their intro offer they usually won’t offer a signing bonus, but it has been easy to get a guaranteed EOY bonus and/or a signing bonus

Grad year? Project Development will have greater chance than M&A. What kind of energy lateral?
It’s possible, but very few firms will say they are offering bonuses up front in this market. There are plenty of top of the market firms in Texas that we’ve talked to that would look at an energy lateral, but most talk about bonuses as “we wouldn’t count it out” not “it guaranteed”. Happy to DM about a few firms if interested.
