If at that time I decided to pursue my passion and go to law school so that I can be an affordable attorney for worthy causes, will my age hold me back from getting into law school?

As a first time PM at a company with no PM structure, I’m finding it difficult to learn good practices and bring myself to “the next level”. Has anyone here had a similar self taught start that made the break through to become a solid senior PM? Anything will help, books, etc.

I decided to leave for the role Im in now.. my old countered to keep me at 115k (which was like pulling teeth for them) but I left anyways now I find out that they offered a 7th year 150 k and a partner title should I be offended that they didn’t even try more with me

I know most don't blame them but we rarely blame our leaders for losing them and that needs to change.

I feel like I have so much to do and I write to do lists for myself, but I just have meeting after meeting that add to it. I feel like my brain is having a hard time keeping track of all of this information and organizing it. Is this what brain fog is? Does anyone have any recommendations to help?
