How valued is low level infrastructure exposure in the DS management job market?

I'm in the final rounds between a role that has amazing tech learning opportunities, and a FANG analytics team that's much less techy but is as mature an experimentation org as it gets. Pay would be about equal, and I'm not sure which would help me more on my 10 year plan of eventually building a well rounded DS org myself. Thoughts?

I have practiced for five years and make $121k as an employee of a financial services company. As the only attorney, I oversee all statewide collections efforts, from demand letter to garnishment, with a case volume of nearly 7k new cases per year, of which the majority I end up litigating.
