What role(s) in GCP would be a fit for someone who is great at building research prototypes and then leveraging/leading software engineers to realize the details and build them out? Eg is there a role responsible for bridging the gap between the 'cool things' clients want to do and translating that into a prototype and technical requirements for others to code (in the networking/AI/ML/data science space)? I really need advice. I’ve been in my current role for a couple years and I’m just so defeated. I am good at my job. I work so hard and I’m so undervalued and unappreciated. My work is scrutinized to a degree that no one else experiences (I could give concrete examples of other people delivering design work that haven’t met BASIC design principles and it’s gotten approved) compared to me where I frequently get feedback that somehow makes my work worse but I just comply because it’s not (1/2)

Q for HR folks! For companies who have offices in US and Canada, how easy would it be for American HR team to set up a role & compensation via the Canadian office for a Canadian remote worker? Would be a lot of work? But i know companies like Meta and Spotify do do this.

I'm Canadian and applied to a US remote role. Canadians don't need a visa for this. One of the ways would be to use Canadian entity's hr/payroll services. They showed keen interested but waned since finding out I'm Canadian.
