Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. Maybe they’re happening and I just don’t have a role in that oversight but the motivation to keep going is whittling down to nothing. I’m doing my first UX portfolio on Wix. I have the case studies content drafted out, but I’m struggling with brainstorming wireframes/actual UI for my case studies. I make it a rule to look for dribbble/behance for inspo but only sketch when im not looking at things because I don’t want to copy directly.

I’ve tried using paper/thin markers highlighters, tried using procreate, and also illustrator/photoshop & a tablet. I keep running into issues where I feel overwhelmed. How do I simplify this?

At KPMG, was going to go up for M last year but it would have been a tad early (only 2.5 years at senior) so I decided to push it back to this year. This year, after talking about my business case since last summer, I was now just told I won’t even be given the opportunity to go up for M at all, with very weak reasoning. I pour a lot of time and effort into my job and this felt like a true sand banging. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it firm being cheap w/ the current economy? TIA.

Signed the offer with a competitor, but multiple bosses tried to persuade me to stay with the planned growth opportunities in sight. Still decided to leave, and got "wishing you all the best". Guilty much, I love working with the team, but just want to get better progression and pay.

Like a lot of people, I’m thinking about going back to school for an MBA. I don’t have the money or time to dedicate to a top tier school, so I’ve been looking at WGU’s MBA in IT Management. It’s accredited. Time and cost-efficient.

My primary concern is not prestige or the connections from school like some others I’ve heard. I just want to know if I went this route, would I still be able to check that MBA box and open the door for higher starting salary if I made a jump?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
