Business slightly slowing down in public sector (like every other firm pretty much) - somewhat offset by good diversification
Senior manager comp is ~250K USD before bonus, principal comp is 300K+ USD before bonus

Are you expecting to only work for UAE clients or be based in an office in the UAE?
From existing conversations mostly UAE. Is that weird? Red flag? Green flag?
Country diversification will help them, relative to most other firms doing PS work in the region
