Hi everyone!
Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?

Meta technical solutions consultant interview prep - can someone let me know if they have gone through the technical rounds for Technical Solutions Consultant role? Can you share what to prepare for since it’s not a data science type of role so most likely not hard level MySQL questions. Any specific types of queries that I should learn? Thanks!

I would go for Google. Once you have 2 years of work experience in Google you can go anywhere you want and get a job there. If you are good enough for Google you are good enough for anywhere. :)
Airbnb for remote option, or Google for brand name/benefits.
Google. And I worked at MSFT. Google.
Yeah Google
The ones with full time WFH.
Chief
Google and/or Microsoft for the name recognition.
However, AirBnB and Disney both give "points" or discounts for their offerings and services. I had a friend who worked for Disney take his entire family to Disney Land for free.
Meta is not even on the list???
Ms is awful. I'm there now.
Why is it awful?
All things equal…probably airbnb, square, then google
Reasoning being remote friendly for square + airbnb
I’d probably look hard at MSFT or Google. I’m a consultant. I crave variety of brand name customers and engagements. I know the executive tier of each, giving a clear edge to MSFT.
Rising Star
Google, maybe Microsoft next. I turned down Square and Sonos to join Meta.
Not as interested in the rest.
Rising Star
Wasn’t too excited by the product at Sonos or their future outlook. Square came close because I like their business and connected well with the team.
I felt Meta had the most rigorous interview process and combination of smartest/friendliest people. It also helped that their benefits and offer were significantly higher than others.
