What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.

Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

You're definitely not alone.
Hope you find something that works for you.
I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but the chances of getting one of those jobs now is very low, even if you have had one in the past. Companies are laying people off due to AI and the bar to get in is continuing to go up. You would need significant training and experience to be considered for technical and non-technical roles alike. This is even a problem for people who are earlier in their careers with the necessary experience. You should pursue what you have a track record in.
At 65 it’s great to see your passion to get back into employment having tried for 15 years!
Wishing you the very best.
