I am a new manager, and I am STRUGGLING. It's a ton of work, and I can't seem to keep my team motivated. We are on a very stressful project. I empathize with them and see them setting the boundaries – I don't blame them. But It feels like an impossible situation now that I'm in a management position. How do I make this work? I don't want to become a toxic manager, but I don't know how to be effective in this environment anymore.

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case?
