However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Does anyone have any insight into partners retiring early? I am at a point where I need to consider leaving if I am not aiming for partner. I don’t see myself working past my 40s. My partner and I are not big spenders and anticipate have enough to retire comfortably in 40s (obviously a lot can change). I’ve been an insurance defense attorney for 10+ years and am feeling completely drained, for all the standard reasons. I’m ready to make a move away from insurance defense but I’m not 100% sure where to begin. A question for VCs: I’m currently a VC analyst. I want to eventually come back to the VC industry and perhaps become a partner (if possible). SDR manager in Ireland with 3 years leadership exp.

1) Trying to Benchmark what the going rates are in Dublin/London for similar experience. Current package is 120 OTE @ 70/30 split.
