I am a strategy consultant with experience of working with banks/FIs. I have good knowledge on most banking topics including different types of risks, and have fairly decent knowledge on other non-bank FIs. I have also got good experience in digital banking / strategy and thinking through the implementation aspects. I have a tech background prior to joining consulting. What kind of exits should I be considering? Looking to move after promo to Principal which is going to happen soon (contd)..

SDR manager in Ireland with 3 years leadership exp.

1) Trying to Benchmark what the going rates are in Dublin/London for similar experience. Current package is 120 OTE @ 70/30 split.

2) Trying to decide if I should stay in sales dev and try move up in the org or jump back into sales and manage AEs.

currently debating if i should work on the hill or accept an IB role. i feel like working on the hill is invaluable experience that could get me into IB but maybe i’m wrong? Which opportunity gives me best resume experience?

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

8+ yoe,Project mgmt Domain - I have been working on different roles in PM domain ( Pm, PMO, Business mgmt etc) and recently switched to Scrum master. I dont really feel comfortable in this role - the team is on its 40th sprint and they know all what to do,i on the other hand feel demotivated since there is not a lot to in the entire day - i want to work and learn and i am not sure if the role is such or there is some problem w me? Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

If we’re not likely to break even with our base this year, independent of BU, does it make sense to leave now for +30-50% total comp vs biting the bullet and waiting for next year? Earlier I resolved travel queries through calls/emails, but now my role is to analyse travel spending on Amex cards. Now I want to remain in analysis field and grow.
