Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

Advice: my firm incentivized associates to get licensed in fed courts - 4 fed courts for a 5k raise. They also covered the admission fee. I just accepted an offer with another firm and will be putting in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow. Is it wrong to submit an expense report for the charges I incurred related to the fed court admission fees? One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients).
