I am a trademark analyst with 18 years experience and am the top analyst on my team. I want to transition to trademark paralegal, but get no interviews due to my lack of experience docketing, filing, etc. Docketing and filing are learned very quickly on the job, and as such, I have the "hard" skill for the job in my trademark experience. So then, how do I get around the obstacle presented by my lack of docketing, filing, etc. experience?

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.
