I am an HR professional with 4 years of experience in various HR functions. I am based in Toronto. I’ve applied to more than 400 jobs in the past year. I have been getting interviews but have had no luck. I’ve tailored my resume, reached out to recruiters, and used various job portals. For every interview, I prepare thoroughly, align my experiences with the role, research the company, use the STAR method, and follow up with a thank-you email.  I am struggling and would appreciate some guidance.

Does anyone have a go-to "odd" or unconventional question you like to ask candidates to keep them on their toes or see how they react when put on the spot?

I have 2 years of sales experience but am looking to make a career change into HR? Any tips of how to standout on my resume or any general advice? Thanks!

Hi All, I’m thinking about getting certified in change management but not sure if I should go the Prosci route or CCMP route. CCMP is a lot cheaper compared to Prosci but would it measure up just the same?

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
