I am having 3.9 years of experience
I have recently joined in new company(3rd company) with 30lpa (fixed) +2.5laks(jb).

I was quite happy when I got the offer.But now I am little bit worried that I was in risk if something wrong goes as I was above par in package.

So I am thinking to plan for big companies

HCL offered 23LPA(10% variable).
YOE : 10.6 years.
