I am holding offers from Cognizant (23lpa) and IBM (18lpa). Now I am in process of an interview for Middle-East onsite under the payroll of a small company. But the client is a large one. They are willing to pay 15000AED per month and provide accommodation as well. I am confused now which path to take. I am more interested in onsite but considering it is middle east i am just thinking again. Want to hear your thoughts. Please help.

Fully regret completing my MBA at a non target even tho I got into some M7s, mainly for ego reasons. Did the MBA to break into consulting, and I did but wondering if I would’ve been able to get in with MBB through traditional channels had I done M7. CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

Really confused if this is a good deal or is it a trap.
