I am in cust service for the last 9 yrs(total work ex) and recently joined a company as an AM in Operations Inbound...I started late in 2013 due to family business and now I am 43...frankly speaking I need a change now as already done a lot of cust service and need something else to learn and add to my skill set...can some one suggest me a diff non tech LOB where I can apply.

Good evening Everyone, I have been a PSR for 10 years with the same company, but worked for 5 different practices. Was looking to move up in our company but from what I’m understanding, we have to have a degree in management. How would I go about trying to move up in and out of my position without a degree?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
