EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

if you want to switch then no need to share but if you are willing to stay and ask for salary revision they will definitely verify the offer in hand before matching the package.
No harm in sharing the offer letter. They see the offer letter and if comes in their budget will give u the increment else they would say go for that company. Its confidential thing sometimes required for high level approval..so my opinion is no harm if u share it.
No. Don't share
Take the snap of breakup part and share only it.
Also, think about why you looked out for another job at first place?
Keeping Money aside compare rest of the things as well.
I would suggest you could tell her the offer on table but, not share the letter as such. Nobody should need to see you offer letter, may it be manager or CEO. If they can match what you tell, let them, else leave without bothering much.
Don't share the offer letter. Give them a ballpark figure that you want as compensation and tell them this is it or you are leaving.
Don’t share. This tells the value they see in you.
Never share it.. Just ask them whether they can provide you or not.. You can share it once they gives in writing..
Never share your offer letter.. if required always share ctc break up screenshot..if they really want you to stay they will offer you a counter offer..
Dark highlight all the sensitive information like Company Name, etc. In a PDf and then you can share i guess.
I would suggest that you don't.
No. Unless you want to be retained.
Why share? Won’t she believe you if you were to tell what’s on offer? That’s lame and the manager must know each org’s offer is confidential. By sharing the offer you are allowing them to benchmark. I would say , if the manager was really keen on keeping you , he or she should be able to tell you what you deserve and make that offer than beating behind the bush
You should share it
Unless you want too leave current company you are working in
It all depends on you, whether u want to stay there with the same package offered Or you really wanna leave the company.
No, Please don't share the offer letter at this stage. You can/should tell them you exact CTC as per th OL, and then negotiate. once you decide to stay, only then share the offer letter.
Dnt share..
Thanks, i think its good idea to share the breakup only if she insists. I dont want to ruin my connection with her because i dont have anything against her.
Cheers guys
Chief
Worst case share the snippet of breakup and hide all else. The company wants to retain you but cant trust your words. Got to get the priorities right
Only share salary breakup. Don't share full offer letter in any case
Why do u want to negotiate ur stay in old company ? There is no onshore for any service based co for next 2 yrs. Dont fall into trap, tell ur concerned manager that if s/he had to increase salary why didnt s/he do before ur resignation.
