However, my understanding is that this certification is not accessible to the general public and is exclusively available to employees of organizations that have a partnership with Workday. Therefore, only these organizations can nominate their employees to undertake this certification. I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

As of late, my work related anxiety has reached new levels and it’s really starting to affect me mentally.
