3YOE 105k in HCOL, my friend is the same but 110K. She was actually 95K as my coworker until she left for another company. I think I’m in the average range. SFA3 above making 120K just seems to be a really high performer. We can’t all be stars lol
Wow I really need to look for another job based on what you guys are making 😂. I take initiative, ask for what’s next, I have a let’s go kinda mentality(driven), and I put in hours to get my job done and ask for more projects.
Is anyone hiring? 😁

3YOE just changed companies for $95k base / $120k total comp (Amazon). Midwest/medium cost of living
3 YOE making $53k in Austin, TX. My company is based out of Iowa, which is probably why my salary is disgracefully low for the HCOL area I live in. If I wasn’t married to an actuary that makes over 8x as much as me, I’d be screwed lol
Aye you living the life lmaoo
Just got an offer for 88k + 20% for a SFA role. Feels a tad low so I’m likely going to counter based on this info
