As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!
Can someone please take a look at my resume

McKinsey & Company I received an offer from McKinsey & Company in 2021 and I’ll be starting later this year after graduation. Obviously because of the pandemic, inflation is slowly trending upwards. Has anyone asked for a base salary increase before even starting the job? Any advice on how to approach this?

No more boxes to be ticked, it sounds like you've got the proof lined up - what you need to do now is network.
Fire off linkedin notes to anyone you have even a tangential connection to at these banks, working in the departments you'd like to join. Many won't answer, some may be snarky and rude, but you only need one good conversation for a referral.
Trying to go in through the front door like everyone else is going to be tough - don't JUST apply online. We had ONE entry level position open in my practice this year, and there were over 2000 applicants. The scale will likely be even larger for IB.

Thank you for the advice, I have tried this, but not to the level you describe, I will definitely give this a shot! Thanks a million!
